Laura is a British professional triathlete with multiple Iron Distance and 70.3 Titles. She was also World Champion four times as an age-grouper before turning pro. Born in the UK, Laura is a global nomad, training with Julie Dibbens and has been a friend to Matt Cunningham-Neuff for a number of years.

Laura is also passionate about giving back to the sporting community, working with Soles4Souls , Maikai, Challenged Athlete Foundation, Womens Sport Trust, PTO and British Triathlon Sustainability.
