R4-3 works with athletes of all ages and levels, whether you are new to triathlon and looking to take on your first challenge, or a seasoned elite athlete looking to hit your next goal or take on the pro rankings, R4-3 works with every individual around their independent goals and requirements whilst taking into account busy lifestyles and schedules, to formulate individual training plans and work closely with each athlete to monitor and grow confidence, knowledge and performance.
Based in the South West but with a majority of existing athletes being coached virtually from all over the country, R4-3 works through, weekly planning, catch-ups and updates, via Training Peaks, Zoom, Teams and WhatsApp groups, in addition to emails, texts and calls, on an individual 1-1 basis.
