About

Why R4-3?

Who are you? What are your goals? What is your time availability?

 

R4-3 works with athletes of all ages and levels, whether you are new to triathlon and looking to take on your first challenge, or a seasoned elite athlete looking to hit your next goal or take on the pro rankings, R4-3 works with every individual around their independent goals and requirements whilst taking into account busy lifestyles and schedules, to formulate individual training plans and work closely with each athlete to monitor and grow confidence, knowledge and performance.

 

Based in the South West but with a majority of existing athletes being coached virtually from all over the country, R4-3 works through, weekly planning, catch-ups and updates, via Training Peaks, Zoom, Teams and WhatsApp groups, in addition to emails, texts and calls, on an individual 1-1 basis.

Get Up & Grow

Aimed at those starting out in triathlon or for those who have dipped their toe in and are now looking to develop their skills and take it to the next level or distance.

R4-3 Tailored Online Triathlon Coaching

1-1 Coaching

Personal 1-1 coaching for passionate athletes looking to develop or grow their skills, or time-crunched athletes looking to train productively for their next triathlon.

R4-3 Swim Coaching, Run Coaching and Cycle Coaching

Individual

Individual swim, bike or run coaching, or a mix of what's suits you. Personal plans to just get out the door and get your fitness going or to improve on current fitness levels.
